Volleyball: Eagles Fight Hard in Tri-Match with Andrew, USSU

TCJ Volleyball played at its best on Tuesday with a tri-match against Andrew College and the brand new United States Sports University. Both matches ended in three sets, but the Eagles came within two points in 4 of the 6 total sets. Andrew won the first, and USSU won the second.

Andrew 3, TCJ 0: 25-23, 25-11, 26-24

The Eagles played two very tight sets in the first and third with margins of only two points. In these sets, the score remained with three for the duration, but Andrew was able to pull out the win each time. In between, Andrew had an early run and another late to pull away.
