TCJ Eagles Volleyball played its first tri-match of the season during a trip to North Georgia on Saturday. TCJ first battled Sotuh Region rival Toccoa Falls College then finished the festivities with a match against NCAA Division 2 Fort Valley State University. Trinity took the first set against Toccoa Falls and played TFC tough in all four sets. Fort Valley State, though, took the match in three.

TCJ won the opening set before Tocoa Falls came back to win the next three.

Next Up
The Eagles will participate in the annual South Region North-South Tournament on Friady and Saturday, September 5 and 6. This year's showcase is at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. TCJ will face Bob Jones at 3:00 p.m. and Ohio Christian University at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Saturday's action includes Baptist University of Florida at 12:00 noon and Toccoa Falls at 2:00 p.m.
TCJ's next home match is against Florida State College of Jacksonville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9.
