Softball: Eagles Welcome Brianna Auble to the Team
Offense begins with getting on base, and TCJ Eagles Softball has found a young woman who does so with high frequency. Brianna Auble is finishing up her high-school career with the intent of leading her team to another district title and more. She will join the Eagles in the upcoming fall.
Brianna Auble – Sebring, Florida
Brianna is a product of Sebring High School, where she played for four years for the varsity Blue Streaks under head coach Joe Sinness. Brianna is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phil and Christina Auble.
Brianna helped lead the Blue Streaks to two Florida 5A, District 7 titles and is looking for a third as of April 16. She is batting .333 with an on-base percentage of .438 and a slugging percentage of .636.
Brianna has also played for the Crush in the Fast-Pitch Travel League.
Academically, Brianna is a member of the National Honor Society after earning her way onto the honor roll all four years of high school. She is also an exceptional artist, having won many awards for her work, including two state championships.
When asked why she chose Trinity College of Jacksonville, Brianna cited the quaint environment she noticed upon her visits. "I enjoyed the family atmosphere and how everyone was very welcoming," she said. "I also love how it is small and personable to where I can create new relationships."
After college, Brianna plans to use her degree in graphics design and business to build her own Christian-based company "so that I can represent Jesus with my gift and talent I have been given."
Her life verse is Philippians 4:7, which says, "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
"I look forward to building relationships with people and furthering my education," she said. We at TCJ look forward to welcoming Brianna Auble to the Trinity family.
